How do I create an account?
After downloading Staylix from the App Store, register with your email or Google account. Then enter your body measurements to create your personal digital mannequin.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you signed in with Google, use your Google account password.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not within the Staylix app. After canceling, Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find Staylix in the list
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
What are Premium features?
With Premium you can try clothes and outfits on your 3D mannequin, access curated outfit collections, add unlimited wardrobe items, and save and share outfits in HD. See the Premium page for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the in-app account deletion feature or email burakgokkce@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
How do AI outfit suggestions work?
Staylix generates outfit suggestions based on items in your wardrobe and your style preferences. Suggestions are for guidance only; the final choice is yours.
Is my data secure?
Your data is stored encrypted on Supabase infrastructure (EU data centers). See our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure (Turkish) for details.
