To provide Stylix services, we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Account information: email address, name; profile photo if you sign in with Google
  • Physical attributes: height, weight, body measurements, skin tone and hair color preferences
  • Wardrobe content: clothing photos you upload and outfits you create
  • Style preferences: your style and outfit preferences
  • Technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs
  • Subscription information: purchase status processed via Apple (payment card details are handled by Apple, not stored by Stylix)

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used to:

  • Create and authenticate your account
  • Build your personalized digital mannequin
  • Manage your digital wardrobe and outfits
  • Provide AI-powered outfit suggestions
  • Deliver Premium subscription features
  • Ensure service security, fix errors, and improve the service
  • Comply with legal obligations

Your personal data is not sold for advertising and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Artificial Intelligence

  • Background removal on clothing photos is performed on-device whenever possible.
  • Outfit suggestions are generated by automated systems and are provided for guidance only.
  • Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in European Union data centers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) isolates each user's data so it is accessible only through their own account.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Supabase: authentication, database, and file storage
  • Google: optional Sign in with Google
  • Apple: in-app purchases and subscription management

These providers access only the data necessary to deliver the service and are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
