Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stylix AI Stylist ("Staylix", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our mobile application and the stylix.app website.

1. Data We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we may process the following categories of personal data:

• Name and profile information (display name, avatar, style preferences, body measurements where you choose to provide them)
• Email address (for account creation, sign-in, and support communication)
• Supabase user identifier (unique account ID used for authentication and data isolation)
• User photos and videos (profile images, full-body photos, and clothing item images you upload)
• Wardrobe, clothing, outfit, and other user-generated content you create in the app
• Purchase and subscription status (Premium entitlement, renewal state, and transaction identifiers processed through Apple)
• In-app interaction data (feature usage, saved outfits, preferences, and diagnostic events needed to operate the service)
• Technical data (device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your account
• Build your digital wardrobe, outfits, and personalized styling experience
• Provide virtual try-on, mannequin generation, and AI-powered styling features
• Process subscriptions and deliver Premium features
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, fix errors, and improve the app
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data for advertising. We do not use your photos for advertising or cross-app user tracking.

3. Supabase (Authentication, Database & Storage)

We use Supabase for user authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your account credentials, profile data, wardrobe content, and uploaded media are stored in Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.

Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) helps ensure that your data is accessible only through your authenticated account, subject to our application logic and security controls.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Providers

Certain AI features — including virtual try-on, mannequin creation, background processing, and outfit generation — may require sending user photos to third-party AI service providers such as Replicate or similar processors.

Photos are transmitted only to perform the feature you request. They are not used for advertising, sold to data brokers, or used for third-party ad tracking.

Where possible, processing steps may occur on your device; when cloud AI is required, we limit the data sent to what is necessary for the requested feature.

You may withdraw consent for AI photo processing at any time in the app Settings. After withdrawal, new AI processing requests that require photo upload will not run until you opt in again. Previously generated results may remain until you delete them or your account.

5. Advertising & Tracking

Stylix AI Stylist does not serve third-party advertising and does not use third-party advertising tracking frameworks in the app.

We do not use your photos or wardrobe content for ad profiling or cross-app tracking.

6. Apple Subscriptions & StoreKit

Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment collection and provides us with subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction references needed to unlock Premium features.

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies and your Apple ID settings.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example tax or fraud-prevention records).

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including access controls, encryption, and monitoring to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data by:

• Using the in-app account deletion feature (Settings → Delete Account), or
• Sending a written request to burakgokkce@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Deletion requests are verified and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic purge.

9. Children's Privacy

Stylix AI Stylist is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including within the European Union and by service providers located elsewhere, where permitted by applicable law.

When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, provider certifications, and data-processing agreements.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or other appropriate means.

The current version is always available at the URL for your selected language. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
