Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stylix mobile app and the https://stylix.app website. By downloading, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties

Service provider: Stylix (Türkiye)
User: any individual who uses the Stylix app or website

2. Service Description

Stylix provides the following digital fashion and wardrobe services:

  • Personalized digital mannequin based on body measurements
  • Uploading and managing clothing photos in a digital wardrobe
  • AI-powered outfit suggestions
  • With Premium: 3D try-on on your model and curated outfit collections

The service is provided "as is." Features may be updated, modified, or removed.

3. AI Usage Notice

Stylix uses automated systems for outfit suggestions and image processing. AI-generated recommendations are for guidance only; no specific look, fit, or outcome is guaranteed. Final style and outfit decisions are yours.

4. Account and Security

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You may be responsible for activity under your account; notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of clothing photos and outfits you create. You grant Stylix a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely to provide the service.

The following is prohibited:

  • Content that infringes copyright or others' rights
  • Illegal, obscene, hateful, or harassing content
  • Content containing others' personal data without permission
  • Content or behavior that disrupts service security or operation

Accounts or content that violate these rules may be removed or suspended without prior notice.

6. Subscription and Payments

Stylix Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription offered through the Apple App Store.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple account; pricing is displayed in the App Store.
  • Reference price in Turkey may be ₺299/month; the current price is shown on the App Store.
  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad.
  • If a free trial is offered, failure to cancel before it ends may convert to a paid subscription.
  • Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Stylix app, brand, interface, software, and related materials belong to Stylix and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, decisions based on AI suggestions, or service interruptions. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

9. Account Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app or by contacting burakgokkce@gmail.com.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page. Material changes may be announced via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central).
