KVKK Disclosure
This disclosure is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698, "KVKK"). As data controller, Staylix processes your personal data in accordance with the obligations set out below.

- Account: profile photo (if signing in with Google), user identifier
- Physical attributes: height, weight, body measurements, skin tone, hair color preferences
- Visual content: clothing photos, outfit images
- Preferences: style and outfit preferences
- Transaction security: device information, operating system, app version, session logs
- Financial (subscription): subscription status via Apple (payment details are processed by Apple)

- Membership and account management
- Creation of a personalized digital mannequin
- Provision of digital wardrobe and outfit services
- Delivery of AI-powered outfit recommendations
- Operation of Premium subscription features
- Information security, error analysis, and service improvement
- Enhancement of service quality within legitimate interests
- Fulfillment of obligations arising from applicable legislation
4. Legal Bases
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Performance of a contract: account creation, service delivery, subscription management
- Legitimate interest: service security, technical improvement, fraud prevention
- Explicit consent: processing of physical attribute data (height, weight, body measurements, skin/hair preferences) to create a digital mannequin
- Legal obligation: disclosure to competent authorities
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to the following recipients for the purpose of providing the service:
- Supabase Inc.: authentication, database, and file storage — European Union data centers
- Google LLC: optional Sign in with Google
- Apple Inc.: in-app purchases and subscription transactions
Supabase infrastructure is hosted in EU data centers. Transfers abroad are carried out with the technical and administrative safeguards required under Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically via the mobile application, website, email, and automated systems.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and for statutory limitation periods. Upon an account deletion request, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
8. Your Rights under the KVKK (Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- To object to any result against you arising solely from automated analysis of processed data
- To request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing
9. How to Submit a Request
You may submit requests regarding your rights to burakgokkce@gmail.com. Requests are concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. You may need to provide information to help us verify your identity.
10. Explicit Consent
Your physical attribute data is processed with explicit consent obtained in the app for the purpose of creating a digital mannequin. You may withdraw consent at any time; in that case, related features may no longer be available.
